Who is responsible for your data?

What data does this site collect?

The articles can be read without giving any information. Personal data is collected only when you submit the consultation request form. It consists of:

• your first name and last name;
• your phone number and email address;
• your preferred time of day for a callback, if you choose one.

The web server that delivers these pages also records standard technical information, such as the address of the device making a request, the browser type and the page requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Why is it collected, and on what basis?

The form details are used to arrange and carry out the consultation call you asked for. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box beside the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.

Who receives the details you submit?

Your request is read by the consultation desk that coordinates callbacks for Independent Service Roadmap. Specialists, real estate agents or valuation partners may then phone or email you about your property, land or project. Details are shared with them for that purpose only.

Does the site use analytics or tracking?

No. The site runs no analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels or fingerprinting. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts and a few scripts and style files from the jsDelivr network. Those providers receive your device address and standard request information when your browser asks for their files. See the Cookies page for more.

How long is data kept?

Details are kept only as long as needed to arrange and follow up the callback and to meet legal obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

What are your rights?

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see the data held about you, correct it, have it deleted, withdraw consent or object to further contact. Write to ross@barkstonrooms.com with the subject line “Data request” and the details you used on the form. If an agent or specialist calls you, you can also tell them directly that you do not wish to be contacted again.

How will changes be handled?

If this page changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes are reflected here before they apply to new requests.
