What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website can ask your browser to store. They are often used to remember choices or to measure how a site is used.

Does this site set cookies?

The pages of barkstonrooms.com do not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking identifiers, and the site carries no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The consultation request form sends only what you type into it, and only when you press the button to submit.

What do the font and script providers see?

To display the pages, your browser fetches typefaces from Google Fonts and style and script files from the jsDelivr network. Those requests reveal your device address and standard browser information to the providers, as any request to a web server does. They are outside the control of this site, and each provider describes its own practices on its own pages.

Can you control what your browser stores?

Yes. Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies and site data in its settings. Blocking them does not change how these pages read or work.

What happens if this changes?

If cookies or similar technologies are ever added, this page will say which ones and why, and the date at the top will be updated. Questions can be sent to ross@barkstonrooms.com, and the Privacy page explains how personal data is handled.
